Shipping Rates
All items will be shipped by priority mail.
US: $6.00 for first item;
$1.00 for each additional item.
Canada: $6.00 for first item; $2.00 for each
additional item.
International: Please contact me for shipping rates.
Shipping Info
In-stock items will be shipped
within 2 business days of when your payment has been received and cleared. Actual shipping time should be 2-3 business
days via priority mail. I will send you a confirmation email when your item has been shipped. Please
make sure you have submitted your correct shipping information.
Custom made orders will be processed
as soon as your payment has been received and cleared. Once I receive your order, I will send you a confirmation
email givng you an estimated time of completion. This includes time for gathering materials as well as actual finishing
of the item(s). Amount of orders received ahead of yours as well as general volume of business affect this time as well.
Once your item is completed and shipped, I will send you another email notifying you of its estimated date of arrival. Remember
that each piece is a handcrafted original. I take pride in each design and want it to be treasured by you!

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with your order is important
to me. Remember that each item is an original hand made piece and may differ slightly from the items in the
design gallery. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me so we can remedy the situation. I will do what I can so that you are satisfied with the product. Because of the
nature of these products, I prefer not to accept returns. However, I would be happy to make adjustments in size if necessary.
In that case, you would return the product and I would make necessary changes (possibly an exchange of a larger or smaller
item) and return to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping and handling must be paid by customers.
In all cases you MUST notify me by email of the situation before sending back merchandise.
